Our facility is one of the most affordable venues in the North Bay area. This is the perfect site for your occasion, including: Weddings and Receptions, Birthday Parties, Quinceanera's, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Reunions, Anniversaries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Retirement Celebrations, Company Parties and seminars, and more.

FACILITIES:
We offer a beautiful and stunning event space.

​This includes:
  • A scenic garden patio for an outdoor wedding ceremony
  • A dressing room for the bride and groom
  • A buffet area with a floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace as a focal point
  • A hardwood dance floor and a stage for a DJ or a band
  • A large screen for displaying projections, slideshows, business presentations, etc.
  • A full kitchen with a stove top, three ovens, a large refrigerator, and a large freezer

*** We can provide a caterer, or you are welcome to bring your own food 
2025 RATES:

Full Day (9AM-Midnight): $2,000

Hourly rates are available Sundays through Fridays: $225/hour with 4 hours minimum.

Sunday rentals begin at ​10 AM and end at 10 PM

The renter gets 2 free hours for set-up and clean-up.  All rentals must be cleaned up and out by 10 PM, except Fridays.

A deposit of $500 is required. 

Renters are required to obtain a liability certificate worth $1,000,000. Our rental manager can assist you with getting this certificate easily.

NO ALCOHOL allowed.
